Artus Court<\/a> (“Dw\u00f3r Artusa” in polish) was the meeting place of merchants, center of Gda\u0144sk’s social file, then stock exchange, now it is a museum. It’s located on Long Market<\/a> (D\u0142ugi Targ) in Gda\u0144sk at 54\u00b020\u201956\u2033N 18\u00b039\u201912\u2033E.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artus Court was also a meeting place to various brotherhoods, first only knights then also merchant brotherhoods. Sometimes also public court proceedings took place in Artus’ Court great hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artus Court was damaged during second world war and today building and inside is partial reconstruction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The interior is one big gothic hall. As Gda\u0144sk is a harbour city, ships are often a motive for artist works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
